The problem

Food and beverage teams often need quick Brix calculations while working with liquids, syrups, concentrates, and dilution workflows. A small, mobile-first calculator is faster than spreadsheets when the user is in the kitchen, lab, or production area.

The approach

A Flutter web app with a clean Brix input flow, gravity controls, result cards, and product/dilution sections. The UI is designed around a simple portrait mobile experience so it can be opened quickly from a browser or installed as a PWA.

The outcome

Live as a web app and ready to share with food and beverage users. The project demonstrates Flutter web deployment, calculator UI design, and domain-specific utility software.
