Mach Square Solutions (“we”, “us”) is a digital studio based in Lahore, Pakistan. This policy explains what information we collect when you use machsquare.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you and run the site.

When you contact us. If you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, company, budget range and project details — so we can reply and prepare a quote.
When you use our tools. The Cost Calculator runs entirely in your browser. The Media Converter processes files locally on your device — your files are never uploaded to us. The AI Resume Builder sends the text you enter to Google’s Gemini API to generate your draft; please avoid entering sensitive personal information you do not want processed by a third-party AI service.
Automatically. We use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics to understand page views and performance. This data is not used to personally identify you.
How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- respond to your enquiries and provide quotes or proposals;
- deliver the tool output you requested;
- maintain, secure and improve the website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of trusted providers who process data only to deliver their service to us:
- Vercel — website hosting and aggregated analytics.
- Resend — delivering contact-form submissions to us by email.
- Cloudflare R2 — hosting site media (images, video, builds); no personal data.
- Google (Gemini) — generating output in the AI Resume Builder, only when you use that tool.
- Cloudflare & Upstash — bot protection and rate limiting on our tools, where enabled.
Cookies
We use minimal, essential cookies needed for the site to function. Our analytics are designed to be privacy-friendly and do not build advertising profiles.
Data retention
We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to respond to you and serve you as a client, after which they are deleted on request or in line with our normal housekeeping.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email contact@machsquare.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults, and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above.
