The product needed one mobile experience for communication, coordination and admin workflows. Users needed real-time messaging and calling without jumping between disconnected tools.

Build

The app is structured around React Native, Firebase-backed realtime data, chat flows and administrative controls. The interface keeps the core communication actions close while leaving room for role-based features.
